William Kenny Norman, 65, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Patricia 'Patty' Rogers Norman, died Friday morning, September 18, 2015, at the Ralph H. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
Born in Savannah, Georgia on March 22, 1950, he was the son of the late William Norman and the late Eva Mae Norman. Kenny was a United States Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War. He retired from Alloy Industrial Contractors having worked there for over twenty years as a sheet metal journeyman. He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 85.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William Jeremy Norman.
Surviving are his wife of over thirty-seven years, Patricia 'Patty' Rogers Norman; his daughter, Heather Norman; his son, Shaun Norman and his fianc??, Danielle Lewis; a grandchild, Cale Lewis; two sisters, Ferrell West and her husband, Lee, and Tandy Roberds and her husband, George, all of Savannah; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service. Interment will be in Brewton Cemetery in Claxton.
