Tristan James Mitchell was born November 14, 2013 and died September 12, 2016.
Tristan was the beloved child of Courtney Metts and Brandon Mitchell. He was a loving and delightful child who will be sorely missed by all.
Survivors include his Mimi, Cynthia V. Sinclair; his Pappy, James C. Metts III and his Nana, Pamela R. Metts; his grandmother, Amy Harvey; his aunts, Brittany Hennessey (Golden) and April Baggarley (John), Amberlyn Harvey and his uncle, Richard Harvey; his maternal great-grandfather, Dr. James C. Metts, Jr. (Paula); his paternal great-grandmother and paternal great-grandfather, Carolyn Cody (James) Cody; his paternal great-grandfather, Richard Mitchell (Barbara), and a number of other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by The Reverend Dr. Benton C. Martin.
