Tom Padgett

Tom Padgett, 84, of Pembroke, GA passed away Monday November 28, 2022.
Tom was born to the late Freeman and Mary Jane Padgett. He enjoyed fishing, painting, and collecting coins. He was a great carpenter and enjoyed working with his hands and building things. One of his passions was playing guitar and singing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marie H. Padgett; and numerous brothers and sisters.
Tom is survived by his companion of 8 years, Linda Kinsey; his sons, Thomas Padgett, Robert "Bobby" Padgett (Carla), Stephen Padgett, William "Dean" Padgett (Melissa), Michael Padgett, Ted Padgett; sister, Clara Hand; 6 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 o'clock Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the graveside, Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by the Reverend Dr. Drew Corbett.
