SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Theresia Stipple Walsh, 80, of Savannah, Georgia, widow of Thomas Francis Walsh, died Wednesday morning, August 26, 2009, at Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Munich, Germany, she was a communicant of Saint James Catholic Church and a retired house keeper for seventeen years with the Savannah Diocese working at Our Lady of Lourdes in Columbus, Georgia.
Surviving are one daughter, Pamela Wilson Brown and her husband, Christopher, of Savannah, Georgia; one son Michael Walsh and his wife, Joyce, of Savannah, Georgia; six grandchildren, Ricky Wilson, Crystal Wilson, Valerie Ortner, Wendy Wilson, Kyndle Brown, Cary Daniels, and five great-grandchildren, Shallyn Ortner, Michael Ortner, Jacob Wilson, Chase Reynolds, and Abby Shepard, all of Savannah, Georgia.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon in Saint James Catholic Church conducted by Father David Koetter. Interment will be private.
