Thelma Vanise \"Neecie\" Miller, 64, of Jacksonville, Florida and wife of Ross Miller, died Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.

A private funeral service was held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon, May 1, 2020, at the graveside, Hillcrest Abbey ' West, conducted by the Reverend Michael L. Locklear.
