Taraben Chandubhai Patel, 80, of Rincon, Georgia and widow of Chandubhai Patel, died Monday morning, May 5, 2014, at Effingham Health System in Springfield.
Born in India, she was a daughter of the late Hirabhai Desai and the late Kashiben Desai. Mrs. Patel was a homemaker.
Surviving are one son, Bakul Patel; seven daughters, Devyaniben Patel, Hemaben Patel, Smitaben Patel, Daxaben Patel, Amitaben Patel, Swatiben Patel and Kirtiben Patel; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sisters, brothers and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah. Interment will be in India.
