Susan C. Dubois

Susan C. DuBois, 71, of Savannah, Ga. passed away at home surrounded by her family on December 18, 2023.

Susan was born on March 21, 1952 in Troy, NY. She was adopted by Walter and Stella Jasinski from East Longmeadow, MA. She lived and graduated from East Longmeadow High. Growing up she was, with her father, a part of the East Longmeadow coin and stamp club. She was also on the Field Hockey team during her high school career.

She spent her life primarily striving to be a good mother and devoted wife. She was very passionate about cooking and enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.

At St. Francis of Assisi, she enjoyed spending time with the Arts and Crafts Group. She was also head of the Church Food Pantry for a number of years. Grocery shopping and making food deliveries to families in the community.

She was a postal worker for over 25 years and then enjoyed working at UMass of Amherst cooking in the cafeteria.

She leaves her husband of 43 years Robert DuBois and two children, son Keith DuBois of Savannah, Ga. and daughter Tamara Stevens and Husband Forrest Stevens of Fall River, MA.

Susan's funeral mass will be held at Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11 o'clock at Saint James Catholic Church, 8412 Whitefield Avenue, Savannah, GA 31406-6135 .
