Steven Ronald Hargrove

Steven 'Steve' Ronald Hargrove, 58, of Savannah, Georgia, died Sunday afternoon, September 11, 2022, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.



Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was a son of Shirley Ann Branch Hargrove Harris and the late Harold Edward Hargrove. Steve attended Marietta Freewill Baptist Church near Lyons. He retired as a helicopter repairman. Steve loved his family and enjoyed everything outdoors, including fishing, riding motorcycles, being on the water, and hunting.



In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Cline, and a great-nephew, Harrison Grey Able.



Survivors include his mother, Shirley Ann Branch Hargrove Harris; one sister, Cathy Hargrove; one brother, Allen Hargrove and his wife, Barbara; three nieces, Shannon Newsome, Jordan Able and her husband, Christopher, and Lauren Lane and her husband, John; and four great-nieces and great-nephews, Maeve, Naomi, Hunter and Jimmy.



A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, October 1, 2022, at Marietta Freewill Baptist Church ' 3901 Georgia Highway 86, Lyons, Georgia 30436.
