Stephen Peter Anderson

November 10, 1964 — January 6, 2025

Stephen Peter Anderson, 60, a lifelong resident of Savannah, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 6, 2025. Born on November 10, 1964, to Pete and Barbara Anderson, he was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend.

In addition to his parents, Pete and Barbara Anderson, Stephen is survived by his sister, Lori Jenkins (Mike); his nephew, Brent Jenkins; his niece, Mallori Jenkins; his uncle, Richard Myers (Susan); and several cousins.

Stephen worked for many years at Great Dane and Herb Creek Nursery, where his love of plants and flowers flourished. His passion for nature was only matched by his deep affection for his family and friends. He was always a source of support, ready to lend a hand and a smile whenever it was needed.

Stephen loved exploring new places, especially the charming streets of St. Augustine, and was always eager to try new restaurants. One of his favorite things to do was sipping coffee with his niece, Mallori, and sharing laughter that brightened everyone’s day. His sense of humor and infectious laughter will be remembered by all who knew him. There was never a dull moment with him.

Stephen’s joyful spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed.

We love you, Stephen, and you will always have a place in our hearts.
