Sandra Jean Holt Koda, 75, of Savannah, Georgia and wife of James 'Jim' Anthony Koda, died Wednesday morning, May 25, 2016, unexpectedly at home.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Holt and the late Rachel Estey Holt. Sandra was of the Lutheran faith. She loved her family and also enjoyed traveling and lunching with her friends.
Surviving are her husband of 35 years, James 'Jim' Anthony Koda of Savannah, Georgia; one daughter, Linda J. Winders, M. D. and her husband, Kevin Winders, M. D., of Savannah, Georgia; one son, Scott Jaehne and his wife, Jeanine, of Apollo Beach, Florida; five grandchildren, Eric and Andrew Jaehne and Benjamin, Elizabeth and Matthew Winders; one step-daughter, Debra Simone and her husband, Manny, of Hollywood, Florida; one step-son, David Koda of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; four step-grandchildren, and one sister, Linda Work of Tacoma, Washington.
A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Friday morning in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service.
