Rufus Rickey Vincent of Savannah Georgia died, October 2nd, 2024, at the age of 66 years old. Born in Savannah Georgia, he was a son of the late Rufus Vincent, Jr, and the Late Ella Genell Altman Vincent. Rickey was of Baptist faith. He was a retired residential and commercial roofer. He also worked many years at the Wilmington Cabinet with his father. Rickey loved his family, fishing, crabbing, and playing bingo.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Tony Vincent.

Survivors include two daughters, Christal Deniese Vincent and Amanda Katina Jones and her husband, Jeremy; six grandchildren, Allissa Nicole Taylor, Christopher Rickey Gallovitch, Haley Inez Gallovitch, Mackenzie Johanna Louise Vincent, Nathalie Lynn Vincent and Landon Chaz Jones; his former wife, Sandra Lynn Vincent; three sisters. Judy Cullen and her husband, Norm, Penny Smith and her husband, Larry and Linda Baker; his brother-in-law, Skeeter Tumlin and his wife, Vickie, and many aunts, uncles.

The family will receive friends at 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock Monday evening at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Ave, Savannah Georgia, 31405.

Funeral services will be held at 6 o’clock in the evening on Tuesday in the Chapel of Gamble Funeral Service.
