Roger William Smith, 61, of Bloomingdale, Georgia and widower of Jennifer Deborah Smith, died Sunday morning, July 10, 2022, at his home.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was a son of Shirley Ann Tullis Smith and the late Hoyt Smith, Jr. Mr. Smith was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. Roger was an electrician.
In addition to his wife and his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debra Ann Smith; a brother, Ricky Smith; and a grandson, Clayton.
Survivors include his mother, Shirley Ann Tullis Smith; two daughters, Amber Key and her husband, Rusty, and Ashley Perry and her husband, Anthony; one son, Austin Smith and his wife, Brandi; eight grandchildren, Logan, Braleigh, Cayden, Cameron, Kiersten, Nolan, Tyres, Hope and Trenton; two sisters, Wanda Ilami and Marie Cramer and her husband, Gerald; one brother, Jeffrey Smith and his wife, Kathy, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 o'clock Wednesday morning, July 13, 2022, at Savannah Holy Church of God ' 707 Little Neck Road, Savannah.
The funeral service will be held at 11o\'clock Wednesday morning, July 13, 2022, at Savannah Holy Church of God. Interment will be in St. Luke's United Methodist Church Cemetery in Bluffton.
