Robert 'Bob' Leo Jeffery, 79, of Savannah, died Friday morning, June 9, 2017, at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Syracuse, New York, he was a son of the late James F. Jeffrey and the late Mary Beatrice Jaquin Jeffrey. Bob liked to cook, loved his CB, and amateur radio. He loved to sing country music as well as music from the 1950\'s era. Bob was a veteran of the United States Air Force.?? He also had a special place in his heart for animals.
Survivors include his six children, Raina Brown of Sarasota, Sandra Carter of Syracuse, Robert C. Jeffery of Sarasota, Dorothy Kiernan and her husband, Edward, of Savannah, Robert N. Jeffery of Savannah, and Cassy Bidwell of Guyton; one brother, James Jeffrey of Mantecca, and several wonderful grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:30 Friday, June 23, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The funeral service will be held at 6:30 Friday, June 23, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by Father Gabriel Cummings.
