Richard 'Ricky' Lee Martin, 63, of Savannah, Georgia, died Sunday afternoon, December 13, 2020, at Memorial University Medical Center.
Born in Hampton, Virginia, he was a son of the late Henry Faye Martin, Sr. and the late Martha Ann Hoggard Martin. Ricky was of the Christian faith. He was a residential and commercial carpenter. Ricky loved spending time with his grandchildren and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Levine Martin; a sister, Rhonda L. Martin, and a brother, Kevin Wayne Martin.
Survivors include his two daughters, Sara D. Cromer and her husband, Dean, and Ashley L. Martin; six grandchildren, Christopher M. Bower, Derrick Gage Bower, Joseph Dillon Bower, Obadiah Martin, Leighaja Polite and Omar Martin; two brothers, Henry Faye 'Marty' Martin, Jr. and his wife, Pamela, and Kenneth Martin; nieces and nephews, and his longtime companion, Kathy Lowery.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:30 Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue.
