Rebecca "Becky" Kaminsky

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Rebecca “Becky” Kaminsky who passed away on November 30th , 2023 at the tender age of 70 as a result of pancreatic cancer.
Becky, as she was fondly known was born July 11, 1953, in Savannah GA to the parents of Morris and Doris Kaminsky. Becky was a decorated bakery manager for over 35years beginning her career with Gottliebs Bakery and finishing up at Fresh Market, Savannah GA. Her catering skills were
unsurpassed and she received numerous awards and commendations.
Becky is preceded in death by her Mother; Doris Kaminsky, her Father; Morris Kaminsky and her sister; Phyllis Kaminsky.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her brother Sam Kaminsky (April) and her twin sister Leah Gross (Donald).
In lieu of flowers please send contributions in Becky’s name to Shalom Scriptures, Hospice of Savannah, and American Cancer Society for continued research to cure this dreaded disease.
Services will be held Monday, December 4th at 10:00 a.m., in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Ave., Savannah, GA, with Mrs. Ari Hildago officiating.
There will be a graveside service at Bonaventure Cemetery immediately following with services being officiated by her brother, Sam Kaminsky.
