Philip Charles Cooper, 65, of Savannah, Georgia, and son of the late Ephraim Cooper and the late Anne Freeman Cooper, died Thursday morning, December 12, 2019, at Select Specialty Hospital.
Philip is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Nancy Cooper of Rockville, Maryland, and by his sister, Rachel Perling of Atlanta, Georgia.
The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Friday at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by Rabbi Robert W. Haas.
