Nancy Lowe Ward

Nancy 'Gaile' Lowe Ward, 73, of Savannah, Georgia and widow of Timothy 'Tim' Allen Ward, died Saturday morning, May 11, 2013, at Hospice Savannah.



Mrs. Ward was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church where she volunteered and worked in the nursery for many years.??



Surviving are her daughter, Melanie Strickland Brown and her husband, David of Savannah, Georgia; one son, Mark Strickland of Savannah, Georgia; three grandchildren; her sister, Linda Stark and her husband, Robert of Pooler and several nieces and nephews.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday evening at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.



The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Southside Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. Allan Bosson officiating.



Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
