Nancy Jo Ronsick Vogel, 76, of Savannah, Georgia and widow of Richard Carl Vogel, died Tuesday afternoon, February 19, 2013, at Hospice Savannah.



Born in Wichita, Kansas, she was a daughter of the late Willis Alonzo Ronsick and the late Norma Barnes Ronsick. Nancy was an active member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Berean Sunday School Class and the In as Much Mustard Seed Circle. She won five beauty pageant titles including Miss Wichita '55. Nancy was a realtor in the Savannah area for many years. She was a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors where she served as a past president of the Women's Council and on several boards and committees. Nancy was very involved in the Boards' charity work including Relay for Life and the Inner City Night Shelter.



Surviving are her daughter, Dina Vogel and her husband, Michael Grasser, of Savannah; her son, Kent R. Vogel and his partner, Kevin Hearn, of Savannah; four grandchildren, Laken Young, Laura Young, Evan Young and Alexis Grasser; her sister, Teresa Tomlin of Wichita, Kansas, and her former son-in-law, Matthew Young and his mother, Lila Norris.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 Friday evening, March 1, 2013, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.



The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, March 2, 2013, at Isle of Hope United Methodist Church conducted by The Reverend James R. Morrow. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
