Michael Angelo Ryan, 82, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Pamela Joan Neal Ryan, died Thursday afternoon, February 13, 2014, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, he was a son of the late Edmund Ryan and the late Alice Landy Ryan. Mike was a communicant of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. He was a retired stress engineer for Gulfstream. Mike was a handyman around their house who also enjoyed reading poetry.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Pamela Joan Neal Ryan of Savannah, Georgia; one daughter, Patti Marx and her husband, Ray, of Mastic Beach, New York; one son, Nicholas Ryan of California; two grandchildren, Sean Marx and Stephanie Marx; one sister, Breeda, and three brothers, Sean, Shem and Nicholas.
A private service for the family will be held at a later date at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church conducted by Father Gabe Cummings.
