SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Mary Clyde Lynch Peeples, born July 2, 1919, in Savannah, Georgia, and died on Friday morning, September 18, 2009, at Hospice Savannah. Mama is absent from the body and present with her Lord. She was the daughter of the late John William and Mary Clyde Lynch.
She was married to Gordon Peeples, Sr. in 1936. Without her knowledge, he had chosen her when she was twelve years old. She chose him when he was twenty-three. They were separated on this earth in 1986, after 50 years of marriage.
