SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Mary Anne White Eaton, 52, of Savannah, Georgia, died Thursday afternoon, December 22, 2011, at her home.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of John "Jack" Patrick White, Jr. and the late Jewel Hoffman White. Mary Anne was a communicant of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church and worked for Goodwill Industries of The Coastal Empire. Mary Anne was preceded in death by her mother.
Surviving are one son, William Patrick Wheeler of Jacksonville, Florida; her father, John "Jack" Patrick White, Jr. of Savannah, Georgia; four sisters, Angela White Kohel of Tybee Island, Georgia, Patti White Autry and her husband, William, of Savannah, Georgia, Margaret White Voyles of Savannah, Georgia, and Laura White Hipp and her husband, Dan, of Atlanta, Georgia; one brother, John Patrick White III and his wife, Lisa, of Savannah, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Friday at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue, with the Rosary service being held at 6: 30 o'clock in the funeral home chapel.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning in St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church conducted by Monsignor P. James Costigan. Interment will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
