Mary Overstreet Cahill

Mary Frances Overstreet Cahill, 85, of Rincon, Georgia and wife of Francis 'Frank' X. Cahill, died Tuesday afternoon, May 21, 2013, at Candler Hospital.



Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Roy Overstreet and the late Maude Louetta Waldhour Overstreet. Mrs. Cahill was a member of Effingham Baptist Church in Rincon and a former member of The Christian and Missionary Alliance. She was a homemaker.



Surviving are her husband of 44 years, Francis 'Frank' X. Cahill of Rincon; her son, Harley E. House and his wife, Sharon, of Rome, Georgia; her daughter, Frances K. Page and her husband, Tommy, of Soldotna, Alaska; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.



The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by Pastor Tom Davis. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
