Marsha Harley Shaffer

On April 18, 2024, Marsha Harley Shaffer went home to be with the Lord after a brief illness.
Marsha was born on November 13, 1963 in Savannah, Georgia to Ronald Marshall and Elna Patricia Harley.
She was a devoted wife and mother who lived her life both abroad and in Milledgeville and Savannah, Georgia. She loved her family and friends and dedicated herself to the care of the Sisters of Mercy in their later years.
She was preceded in death by her mother Patti Page Wine, husband Randy Shaffer, and the father of her children, Russell Wilkinson.
She is survived by her father, Ronald Marshall Harley (Gail) of Milledgeville, Ga., Sister Julianne Harley Fowler (Gary) Of Milledgeville, Ga., daughters Jamie Gonzalez (Joey) and Brittany Chandler (JJ) of Savannah, Ga., many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and her beloved four-legged companion Patrick O’Shaffer.
She will be dearly missed by all of those whose lives she touched.
