Born in Pembroke, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James Lawton Lewis and the late Helen Lewis Schulz.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Raymond Gordon Brinson, Sr.; children, Raymond G Brinson Jr. (Cynthia), Lisa Brinson Rains (Bobby); grandchildren, Raymond A. Brinson, Anna Brinson Patton (Jeff), Dani Rains, Kristin Rains Shiver (Jordan); great-grandchildren, Julian and Emery Claire.
Services will be private.
