Margaret George Lariscy

Elizabeth George Lariscy, 101, of Savannah, Georgia and widow of Reuben Ward 'Red' Lariscy, died Wednesday afternoon, June 17, 2015, at Marsh View Senior Living.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Eugene George and the late Nona Helmley George. Mrs. Lariscy was a lifetime member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Nudy Knisley and Theresa Ohtersen, and three brothers, James George, Eugene George and Remer George.
Surviving are her daughter, Harriett L. Sanders and her husband, Dr. Billy Sanders, of Savannah, Georgia; her son, Reuben Ward Lariscy, Jr. of Jacksonville, Florida; three granddaughters, Carol Walker Diane Ramage and Juliet Chisolm, and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 10:30 o'clock Monday morning at the graveside, Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery, with the service being held at 10:30 o'clock at the graveside conducted by The Reverend William G. Hester.
