Lieutenant Commander Millard Lee Biloon, United States Navy (Ret.), 74, of Savannah, Georgia, and husband of Audrey Biloon, died Tuesday afternoon, April 6, 2021, at Hospice Savannah with his family at his side.
Born in Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of the late Arthur Biloon and the late Irene Fisher Biloon. Millard was a member of Congregation Bnai Brith Jacob. Millard was a United States Air Force and United States Navy veteran. He earned his law degree from Mercer University in Macon. Millard retired after 40 plus years as a United States Administrative Law Judge.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Butter.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Audrey Biloon; a step-daughter, Debbie Bisno and her husband, David Goldman; a step-son, Rabbi Aaron B. Bisno; two step-grandchildren, Adam and Michael Bisno; a sister, Elice Biloon, and a niece, Jessica Butter Kolis.
The funeral service, with full military honors, will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon, April 8, 2021, at the graveside, Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, South Carolina, conducted by Rabbi Aaron B. Bisno.
