Latricia Ann Howell Hoskins, 68, of Springfield, Georgia and widow of Jerry Gale Hoskins, Sr., died Tuesday evening, August 13, 2013, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Born in Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Edward Leroy Howell and the late Dorothy Eileen Deerwester Howell. Mrs. Hoskins was a homemaker who loved her family. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed watching Lifetime Television and was a comedian in her own way.
Surviving are her daughter, Cassy L. Bidwell and her husband, Donnie, of Springfield, Georgia; her son, Jerry G. Hoskins, Jr., and his wife, Vonda, of Richmond Hill, Georgia; four grandchildren, Donald J. Bidwell, Jr., Nicholas A. Bidwell, Jeremy Hoskins, and Stephanie Lester; three great-grandchildren, Allison R. Bidwell, Layla Lester, and Waylon Lester, Jr.; two brothers, Ed Howell and Lowell T. Howell and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12 until 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.
The memorial service will be held at 2 o\'clock Saturday afternoon in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service. Interment will be in Ellabell Cemetery.
