??Born in Bremerton, Washington, he was a son of the late Wayne Muller and the late Virginia Ketcham Muller.
??He had a tremendous love of the ocean.
??Kevin was employed by HAS Engineers and Scientists of Bluffton, SC. He was previously employed in the shrimping industry in the Maryland area.
??He is survived by his older sister, Leanna M. Keith of Belfair WA and nephews, Matthew G. Whisnant of Seattle WA, Jonathan A. Whisnant of Bremerton WA, Daniel M. Whisnant of Port Orchard WA, Nicolas A. Whisnant of Silverdale WA, and grand- niece, Kaia Mahal Oien Whisnant of Silverdale WA, and many friends throughout the country.
??A memorial service will be held at 3 o'clock Thursday, January 17, at the Gamble Funeral Service Chapel, 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.??
