SAVANNAH, GEORGIA -Judith "Judy" Sauls Moseley, 66, of Savannah, Georgia, wife of Daniel Russell Moseley, died Friday evening, March 11, 2011, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Charles Eugene Sauls and the late Ollie Corbin Sauls. Judy was a 1963 graduate of Savannah High School and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. She worked for Nova Care and at St. Joseph's Hospital for many years as a Physical Therapy Technician. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura Catherine Moseley; two sisters, Bessie Clark, Brenda Collins and one brother, Gene Sauls.
Surviving are her husband, Daniel Russell Moseley, of Savannah, Georgia; two daughters, Pam Josey and her husband, Ron, of Savannah, Georgia, Jennifer Phillips and her husband, Pete, of Savannah,Georgia; four sisters, Elise Layson, of LaGrange, Indiana, Ollie Clark, of Irvington, Alabama, Mary Smith, of Augusta, Georgia, Daggy Goette, of Thunderbolt, Georgia; three grandchildren, Sarah and Michael Phillips and Ryan Josey.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday evening at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The funeral service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday at the graveside, Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park-East conducted by The Reverend Dr. Allan W. Bosson, The Reverend Jerry L. Roberson and The Reverend Carlton F. Anderson.
