SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Joseph Henry Palumbo, 67, of Savannah, Georgia, husband of Diana Deluca Palumbo, died Sunday morning, May 1, 2011, at Candler Hospital.
Born in Bronx, New York, he was a son of the late Henry Palumbo and the late Gloria Crescenco Palumbo. Joseph was a real estate broker with Mopper-Stapen Reality and most recently was the owner of West Park Reality. He was a hair stylist at Village Barber on Skidaway Island.
Surviving are his wife, Diana Deluca Palumbo of Savannah, Georgia; two daughters, Regina Thompson and her husband, Brian, and Michelle Pellack and her husband, Peter, all of Pennsylvania; two sons, Kelcey Wells and Jesse Wells, both of Brooklyn, New York; two grandchildren, Andrew Thompson and Alexa Pellack; two sisters, Gloria Berenson and Marilu Parkman, both of Florida and one brother, Edward Palumbo of New York.
The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock, Saturday in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by Pastor David Allgire. Interment will be private.
