Joseph 'Joe' Terrell McNellage, 67, of Savannah, Georgia, died Sunday afternoon, January 20, 2019, at Candler Hospital.
Born on November 19, 1951 in Mobile, Alabama, he was a son of the late Joseph Emery McNellage and the late Bertha Inez Hardy McNellage. Joe graduated from the University of South Alabama before attaining his Master's in Political Science from the University of Alabama. He retired as the Principle Research and Budget Analyst after 30 years with the City of Savannah.
He is survived by his sister, Gwen M. Maisenhelder of St. Louis, Missouri.
The funeral service will be held at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon, February 12, 2018, at First Baptist Church ' 223 Bull Street conducted by The Reverend Josh S. Brewer. The interment will be private.
