Joan Lee Engle Espina, 84, of Savannah, Georgia, died Thursday morning, September 28, 2017, at Savannah Commons and under the care of Hospice Savannah.
Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she was a daughter of the late Edith Swanson Hoffman. Joan was a retired real estate broker with Tam-Bay Realty in Tampa, Florida. She was a Life Master bridge player.
Surviving are three sons, Mike Espina of Tampa, Florida, and Jody Espina and his wife, Brie, and Jamey Espina and his husband, Jim, all of Savannah, Georgia; five grandchildren, Michael, Sydney, Jordan, Miles and Lola, and one great-granddaughter, Delaney.
The Espina family would like to thank Savannah Commons and Hospice Savannah for their loving care.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue.
A private funeral service will be held Monday at the graveside, Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
