Jesse Hannah Follett unexpectedly left this world Sept. 7, 2021 in Savannah, Ga. She was born Dec.5, 1996 to Jeff and Cindy (Hanna) Follett in Savannah, Georgia, and was a joy to all. A bright and beautiful child, she grew up in the Christian faith. Jesse had a true love for life, and all who met her loved her - her soul shined for all to see.
Predeceased by Jesse are: Paternal Grandparents Byron and Mildred Follett of Troy,N.Y. (\"Sweetpeas\" Grandma and Grandpa), Maternal Great Grandparents Roy and Orene Hanna of Yazoo City,MS (Mamaw and Papaw), Maternal Great Grandmother Anna Voorhes of Wheeling, W.VA , and furry babies Sara Killer Hanna, Beloved Dixie, Nay-Nay, M&M, Moe, and Sweet Baby Dill.
Jesse was such a fun, loving girl. She loved nature, the beach, taking vacations, and antiquing and grilling out with her Dad. She used to dance with Grandpa Follett, play with her little brother \"Joe\", and read books with her \"Ma.\" Jesse loved Grammie making her into a \"pizza\"(read Pete\'s A Pizza), and talking with Pop about the Good Ol\' Days.
She was an avid reader, loved her Church family, a dedicated friend, and loved helping others, volunteering at soup kitchens and giving clothes to the homeless shelters regularly. She loved animals, pizza, watching movies with her little brother, and dancing with her friends to Let\'s Dance tracks.
Jesse is survived by her mother and little brother, Cindy and Joseph Hanna (Yazoo City, MS), her father Jeff Follett (Savannah, Ga), grandparents James and Helen Hanna of Yazoo City, MS (Grammie and Pop), boyfriend Giuliano \"G\" Concas (Savannah, Ga), critters Taco, Little Bit, Leela, Fluffy, Peaches, Nuggett, Ringo and Monte, her Godsister Breanna Adams, Arielle and Cecelia Adams, and a host of friends and family.
Surely the best thing about Jesse we will always remember is she was so full of love. Being a Christian, she loved Jesus - that is our consolation. She is free of her addictions and is with Him now. May we all strive to be there too; one fine day.
A Go Fund Me account has been created to help with Jesse\'s final expenses, or you may choose to donate to St. Jude Children\'s Research Hospital in her honor.
We ask something from all who read this: Do Something GOOD An Unexpected Act of Kindness for someone in need. Jesse believed in it- Love Will Always Win.
