SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Jerry Dean McKenzie Hargrove, 68, of Savannah, Georgia, widow of Norman Franklin Hargrove, died Monday morning, December 27, 2010, at Candler Hospital.
Born in Cordele, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Roosevelt McKenzie and the late Minnie Lee Daniels McKenzie. Mrs. Hargrove was a member of the West Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses. She was retired from the food service industry. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Elaine Renee Hargrove, and a grandson, Gedocka Ariane Hargrove.
Surviving are five daughters, Cynthia D. Hargrove McCullough and her husband, Gregory, Janice Hargrove Young and her husband, Anthony, and Nicole Lynn Walker; son, Norman Hargrove, Jr.; one sister, Rudene Brown; twenty six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Monday morning in the Jehovah's Witnesses West Congregation, 2010 Mills B Lane, Savannah. Interment will be private.
