Jeffrey Alan Navratil passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at his home in Savannah, GA following a brief illness. He was 61.
He was born March 11, 1956 in Mansfield, OH. After attending and graduating in 1974 from Lexington High School, he proudly served his country by joining the Army. He was stationed at Schofield Barracks/Fort Shafter, Hawaii for 6 years where he was awarded an Army Commendation Award and the Presidential Rank Award of The Meritorious Service Medal.
He is survived by his daughter Felicia (Heather) Navratil of Tampa, FL; siblings, Kenneth (Elaine) Navratil, Jr. of Lexington, OH and Victoria (Rich) Bennett of Tampa, FL; aunt Patricia (Leonard) Brown of Plant City, FL and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his son, Jesse Navratil and his parents, Kenneth Peter Navratil, Sr. and Carmela 'Connie' (Gregoria) Navratil.
He will be inurned with military honors at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL on January 10, 2018 at 12:30pm.
