SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Jan Coggins Callen, 64, of Savannah, Georgia, wife of C. Robinson Callen, died Saturday evening, July 25, 2009, at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Tallahassee, Florida, she was a daughter of the late Charles Albert Coggins and the late Sara Ashmore Coggins. Mrs. Callen was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, C. Robinson Callen of Savannah, Georgia; three daughters, Tanya Glaize and her husband, Brad, of Savannah, Georgia, Pam Martino and her husband, Thomas, of Tampa, Florida, and Tara Callen of New York, New York; one son, Justin Callen and his wife, Linda, of Panama; one brother, Charles Albert Coggins, Jr. of Tallahassee, Florida; seven grandchildren, Marcus Martino, Lara Martino, Thomas Martino, Jr., Bradford Cordell Glaize, Hailey Callen, Alana Callen and Caleb Xamis, and twelve step-children.
The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Thursday morning at St. John's Episcopal Church conducted by The Reverend Craig E. O'Brien. Interment will be in Bonaventure Cemetery conducted by The Reverend Ronald E. Satterfield.
