James Harvey Rawling, 70, of Pooler, Georgia and beloved husband, father and grandfather, died Monday morning, September 22, 2014, at Hospice Savannah.
He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on August 21, 1944, the son of the late Frank Frederick Archibald Rawling, M.D. and the late Elizabeth Schluchter Rawling.
Survivors include his wife, Janet; two daughters, Tracey Kennedy and her husband, Mike, and Lori Hearn and her husband, Matt; four grandchildren, Colby Kennedy, Kayley Kennedy, Emma Hearn and Jack Hearn, and two sisters, Barbara Grassan and her husband, Earl, and Janet Green and her husband, Heff.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 o'clock Thursday morning at Trinity United Methodist Church ' 320 Benton Drive in Pooler.
A memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock Thursday morning at Trinity United Methodist Church in Pooler conducted by The Reverend Matthew J. Hearn.?? Interment will be private.
