Israel Fernando Ortiz-Flores, 52, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Lourdes Maria Rivera, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 27, 2022, at home, surrounded by his family.
Israel arrived in the United States in his adolescence and through his ethic and hard work he successfully created his own property renovation company, lifted his loving family and created a beautiful home with his wife Lourdes. Getting to know Israel is getting to know a brother for life. Israel lived his life doing good for those fortunate to have crossed his path.
His wife: Lourdes, his mother: Sara, his children: Justine, Daniela, Samantha, Maria, Karla, Jan, and Kiara. His brothers and sisters: Miriam, Patricia, Claudia, Betty, Bethzabeth, Hilda, David, Gildegar, Carlos, and Tessie; his grandchildren: Maximiliano, Luna, Verah, Kysen, and Sebastian, and his nephews.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 11:30 Saturday morning, July 30, 2022, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 Saturday morning, July 30, 2022, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service.
Family and friends are invited to brunch following the service at 6013 Garrard Avenue, Savannah, Georgia 31405.
