Irma Guzman Thomas

MIDWAY, GEORGIA - Irma Guzman Thomas, 54, of Midway, Georgia, wife of Thomas J. Thomas, Jr., died Tuesday morning, May 4, 2010, at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Mexico, she was a daughter of the late Adolfo Guzman and the late Guadalupe Molina Guzman. She was a member of Live Oak Church of God and was a school teacher at Bradwell Institute.
Survivors are her husband, Thomas J. Thomas, Jr. of Midway, Georgia; one daughter, Anna Thomas of Midway, Georgia; one son, Thomas "Tommy" Thomas III of Midway, Georgia; two sisters, Angeles Guzman and Maria De La Luz Guzman; two brothers, Adolfo Guzman and Jaime Guzman, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Thursday at Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Friday morning in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by Pastor Israel Aaron Cowart.  Interment will be in Hinesville Cemetery.
