Gloria Ann Bunger Black, 83, of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, formerly of Westminster, Maryland, and widow of James Ransom 'Jim' Black, died Tuesday morning, November 2, 2021, at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late John Theodore Bunger and the late Emma Lee Blalock Bunger. Mrs. Black was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Temple. She was a retired receptionist.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years.
Surviving are her daughter, Cherie A. Black and her husband, Timothy 'Tim' Waligore, of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and her granddaughter, Savannah Waligore.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Friday, November 5, 2021, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday morning, November 6, 2021, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by the Reverend Dr. Drew Corbett. Interment will be in the Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
