George Albert Pope, 81, of Savannah, Georgia, died Thursday afternoon, September 26, 2013, at St. Joseph's Hospital.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at 3 o'clock, Saturday, October 19 at the home of Ty Pope, 12049 73rd Court, Palos Heights, Illinois.
