SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - George David Camp, 56, died at his home on Monday evening, July 2, 2012.
He was born in Savannah on July 28, 1955, to Marjorie Mobley Camp and the late George Elliott Camp, Jr.  He attended Groves High School and Armstrong State College and was employed by LKQ at the time of his death.  He formerly worked in the parts department of several Chevrolet dealerships in Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia before moving back to Savannah in 2007.  Until the day he died, David could rattle off the parts number of every single GM car part ever made!  He was a music lover to his core and a self-taught guitar player as well.  He was a former member of First Baptist Church of Port Wentworth.
