SAVANNAH, GEORGIA - Gary Eisenman Center, 68, of Savannah, Georgia, died Saturday afternoon, November 12, 2011, at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, he was a son of the late Dr. Abraham Hyman "A. H." Center and the late Bessie Eisenman Center. Gary was a member of Congregation Bnai Brith Jacob. He graduated from Savannah Country Day School and earned a psychology degree from the University of Florida. Gary was a United States Army veteran.
Surviving are two brothers, Melvin Center and his wife, Rosalind, of Manhattan, Kansas, and Larry Center and his wife, Raline, of Nashville, Tennessee, and five nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by Rabbi Avigdor Slatus.
