Florine 'Dell' Kemp, 69, of Rincon, Georgia and widow of SSgt Barney Ross Kemp, U. S. Air Force (Ret.), died Monday afternoon, February 15, 2016, at her home and surrounded by her family.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
