Elizabeth Holt Lenderman, 73, of Savannah, Georgia and wife of Robert Stanley 'Stan' Lenderman, died Monday afternoon, September 19, 2016, at her home.



Born in Atlanta, Georgia, she was a daughter of Eugenia Wolfe Holt and the late Judge Lloyd Elmo Holt. Elizabeth was a member of White Bluff United Methodist Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher and Circle Bible teacher. She was a former member of First Presbyterian Church. Elizabeth was a school teacher for 27 years where her favorite subject was Marine Sciences.



In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son, Chris, and a brother, Lloyd Elmo 'Buster' Holt, Jr.



Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Stan Lenderman; one son, Stephen Lenderman; her mother, Eugenia Wolfe Holt, and two sisters, Sally H. Ruffin of Macon, Georgia, and Ginny H. Lucas of Wylie, Texas.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Friday evening at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.



The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning, September 24, 2016, at White Bluff United Methodist Church conducted by The Reverend John A. Haney and The Reverend Dr. Wayne E. Moseley. Interment will be private.



A gathering to celebrate her life will be from 1 until 3 o'clock Saturday, October 1, 2016, in the conference room at the Holiday Inn Gainesville-Lanier Centre ' 400 E. E. Butler Parkway in Gainesville.
