Elizabeth Dolack

Elizabeth Beckham Dolack, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and child of God passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 79.

Beth, a retired teacher of the Savannah Chatham County Public School System, was born in Alameda CA. She met her husband and bedrock partner in life, Gary, while attending Humboldt State College. A long-time member of St. George’s Episcopal Church in Savannah, Beth enjoyed reading to children and guiding her family with generous love, patience, and humor. Everyone who met Elizabeth was better for having known her.

She is preceded in death by Harold Dudley Beckham of Augusta, GA and Margaret Wynn. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Gary Dolack of Savannah; Linda Beckham McCrohan (Joe)
of Liberty, NY; Cindy Beckham Roberts (Robert) of Utah; Hal Beckham (Donna) of San Leandro, CA; Christopher M. Dolack, Craig A. Dolack, and 5 grandchildren.

Funeral and Burial Services will be held at St. George’s Episcopal Church, 15 Willow Rd. in Savannah, GA on June 3, 2023 at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George’s Episcopal Church.
