Edmund "Ed" Coulson

September 23, 1945 — February 7, 2024

Edmund Coulson, 78, died Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at his home following a brief illness. He was born September 23, 1945 to the late Michael and Kathryn Coulson in Jeanette, Pennsylvania.

He was a US Air Force veteran and a graduate of the University of Maryland. Ed was a CPA and a partner with Ernst & Young Accounting in New York from 1991-2003. Previously he worked at the SEC in Washington, DC for many years.

Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Coulson.

Ed is survived by, his wife, of 55 years, Pat Coulson of Savannah; two sons, Christopher Coulson of New York, and Ken Coulson and wife, Tracy of Connecticut; three grandchildren, Rune, Aryaa and Crosby; a sister, Virginia DiBridge of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:00 0’clock, Monday, February 19, 2024 at St. James Catholic Church, 8412 Whitefield Ave, Savannah, GA 31406.

The family will receive friends at a reception following the mass in the church narthex.
