Dorothy Grayson Karnibad, 87, of Savannah, Georgia, died Sunday evening, November 27, 2016, at Memorial University Medical Center.
Born in Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late Louis Grayson and the late Minnie D'Lugash Grayson. Mrs. Karnibad graduated from the City College of New York and moved to Georgia in the 1960's. She loved politics, movies, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her son, Scott Karnibad and his wife, Yvette, of Richmond Hill, Georgia; her grandchildren, Jarrett Karnibad and Colette Karnibad; her brother, Hank Greenberg and his wife, Wendy; her niece, Laurie Silberstein and her husband, Scott; and her nephew, Craig Greenberg and his wife, Anne.
The graveside service will be held at 11 o'clock Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at Bonaventure Cemetery conducted by Rabbi Robert W. Haas.
