Dorothy Roberta Woods Butler, 93, of Savannah, Georgia and widow of Howard Joe Butler, died Friday morning, May 17, 2013, at Shadowmoss Plantation and under the care of Hospice Advantage.
Born in Key West, Florida, she was a daughter of the late James Walter Woods and the late Effie Roberts Woods. Mrs. Butler was a member of the Savannah First Seventh-day Adventist Church in Pooler and was a homemaker.
??Surviving are her grandson, Gary H. White and his wife, Kathy, of Guyton, Georgia; her son-in-law, Jack L. Sanders; two great-grandchildren, Gary H. White, Jr. and Alicia Marie Walsh; five great-great grandchildren, Courtney, Camrey, Angel, Cody and Trenton, and several nieces.
??The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock Monday evening at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
????The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the graveside, Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park ' East, conducted Pastor Tim Brown
