Deborah 'Debbi' Renay Wall Acord McElveen, 70, of Guyton, Georgia, ended her battle with cancer on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Hospice Savannah.
Deborah loved meeting people and for many years worked with her father at Butler/Marilyn Shoe Corporation in Savannah. In later years she worked with her mother at Maxine's Bridal in Savannah. She ended her working career at The Hitching Post in Savannah.
She was predeceased by her father, George Gordon McElveen.
Survivors include her mother, Maxine Arnold McElveen of Savannah; son, Shawn (Cary) Wall of Guyton; granddaughter, Kaitlynn Wall Dominges and great-granddaughter, Edyn Renay Wall, of Jacksonville; a great-grandson, Adrian Dominges of San Antonio; sisters, Sharon (Cary) Gabrielson of Guyton, Kathryn M. Wasdin of Pembroke, Lisa (Larry) McLeod of Savannah, and Michelle (Wes) Cooper of Corpus Christi; brother, Tony (Tina) McElveen of Elgin, S.C.; a loving aunt, Dot Waters of Claxton, and uncles, Bill Arnold and Bob (Grace) Arnold, all of Savannah.
The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 o\'clock Monday afternoon, June 28, 2021, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.
The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon, June 28, 2021, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service. Compassion Christian Church Pastor Steve Angel officiating. Interment will be in Bonaventure Cemetery.
